Update based on feedback

I have made a few changes:

i) The sheets and game are now two separate documents.

ii) Instructions to turn to a new paragraph now have the new paragraph as a hyperlink. Note that this didn't work for me when the document was displayed in my web browser, but did on the downloaded version.

iii) There is an optional point-buy system if you don't want to roll for how many people and resources are in your expedition.
